Hello! My Name Is Jamie. I am 14 years old, 194 lbs. and 5 ft. 4in. I Know I am Really Young. I Slowly Started To Gain weight starting from when I Moved away from my friends and old life. I stopped cheerleading , gymnastics and all other sports. I Would sit around and do nothing. Now I Am Trying to get back on track while I am still young. They say the younger you are the more likely youll loose the weight. I Hope To Get down to around 130. I am giving myself 7 months to reach this goal. I Hope To Be 130 by the time I start Highschool. Hope you Guys Can Reach Your Goals Too! (:

Zero Calories?
Okay So you know the cubes you make broth with? The "instant bouillon" Well, If You add That To Water And Add Fresh Vegetables Would It Be A Good Meal? Would It End Up Being Low In Calories? Would it Taste good? I Know That Water has no calories, and The Cubes Have No Calories, But They Do have Alot Of Sodium...So I Was Just Wondering Your Take On It. Thanks, Jamie.

Hello. I've come to find out that I have a significant Carb intake. I Know That you must have carbs in your diet but I was wondering if there are Some recipes or foods any of you know of that are low in carbs? Much Appreciated.Smile
