Slowly but surely! Atkins works
1/4 inch down on Chest, waist and hips!
Need to keep water up and get moving more!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Lorimma that is awesome! You are doing great! I feel exactly the same. I have not yet taken my measurements but I surely feel my clothes are fitting better. Today I was finally able to wear a pair of jeans that I would probably not year 3 weeks ago. :)
