I did pretty good yesterday. I did not have any junk food, I ate healthy but I did not do any cardio. I will have to buckle down and do my cardio tonight. I was under in my calories and carbs but it is that time of the month and gaining 2 pounds is not that bad. I will lose it in 3 days so I'm ok.
