I haven't been checking in here every day. Need to make priority to do that, to keep motivated, & not gain more weight as I did this last weekend. But it was oldest daughter's b-day party, so not so bad. Gained 3 pounds, but can lose that in next couple weeks. Need better control though. Osteo Arthritis in my left hip is getting very bad. Need to lose the 10 pounds I've gained since last surgery (DEC 2012), then lose about 25 more pounds by my Birthday on July 29th ~ I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Yes you can do this. This site is wonderful to track food. I rarely miss a day. This is how I have to stay focused. Staying healthy is a life commentment. I had surgery 1 week ago today. Now that I am starting to feel better, I realize it will be difficult to at least maintain my weight. I am not able to do much activity. Good luck to you!

Thank you Jassifras! That's what I'm trying to do, & I know if I can lose 40 lbs I can lose 67 lbs., but just need to get more serious about actually doing & not just talking about it. So starting today I'm purposed in heart & mind that I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT, AND KEEP IT OFF.
