GLAMMER's Journal, 20 November 2013

OK, I'm mad at myself for not being serious & trying hard enough to lose weight & more importantly to change my eating habits for good. I am purposing in my heart & mind RIGHT NOW, that I WILL SERIOUSLY START TRYING TO EAT RIGHT & LOSE WEIGHT, & to reach my goal of under 200 lbs by NOV 2014. Losing 67 lbs by then shouldn't be very hard to do if I really commit myself to doing it. I will have a hard enough time getting around & keeping myself out of going permanently into a wheelchair, without having to drag 67+++ lbs of extra weight around. Besides, if I am eventually wheelchair bound, I don't want people having to damage their own health by having to heave my heavy butt around wherever I go, LOL! So, I am committing myself to doing this right, & to checking in here every day (hopefully), or at least 3-4 times a week. Praying for good success ~ For ALL of us!

You can do this, it will be slow. Getting upset with yourself will happen. There is a quote I like I want to share with you. "You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight ~ John Rohn YOU have changed you direction!!! Keep moving toward it!!!

Thank you for the quote Pink Rose, I needed to hear that. found out when I weighed this AM that I lost another pound since this entry ~ YAY! I've always weighed myself on Sunday AM's, but Hubby has us also weighing on WED's. I was afraid this might not be good for me, but so far no problem. I'm headed in the right direction now, & that's a good thing.

Oh wow!! Congratulations!!! Way to move those scales!! I am OCD!!! :) or....CDO!!! :) I weigh every morning. But I only record it on FS on Monday. Seems I can stay in "check" that way. I know......there are differences in opinions on this topic!!!! :) But it works for me. The ladies I work with do to. That was our morning conversation!!!

Ha ha, your comment on "OCD...or CDO" reminds me of my Hubby. He always says, "I have OCD, or actually CDO if you put the letters in alphabetical order, as they should be." Speaking of "moving those scales", you just reminded me that I didn't exercycle yet today. Thanks, & off I go!
