Well, about a month go my scale broke. I bought a new one and found out I didn't weigh what I thought I weighed. I was back up. Since then I have gone through some very stressful situations and my weight fluctuated and the highest it went was 247. I'm back down to 236 and seem to be doing much better. I'm in counseling and trying to really work on my food issues. My goal is to be back into the 220's by my bday. I also joined a dietbet to keep me accountable. My bday is Dec 2, so hopefully I can be at 229. It will be ok if I'm not, but that's my goal.

Not sure of anyone even reads my blogs anymore...but if you do, I wish you the very best!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 139.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scales are all calibrated differently, so you will weigh something different on each one. The flooring can also effect a scale. The floor should be a hard flat surface to get an accurate reading. Just start a new with the new scale. It doesn't negate what you have already lost. And great job on losing all that weight! You are an inspiration!
