Day after a cruise and I think I'm gonna start Martha today also..
I ate pretty good on the cruise and worked out everyday so I refuse to beat myself up.
But I'm so very thankful to be back at it today!! Juicing and good eating!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
