Okay looks to be working this time. Good progress again. Had a chicken drummer feast last night with movie night - it was great:) I've not only noticed that I'm losing weight, but also my moods have improved - I'm much happier most of the time and less prone to be grumpy. When I was counting calories I was permanently grumpy it seemed. The only thing I have to do now is stop evangelising to the other half he's getting bored with it!
