Yesturday was a good day I ate fewer calories and carbs then I have before. I finally figured how how many calories and carbs I needed to eat daily to help me lose weight. I will try it for now and see if that works. I didn"t get to exercise yesturday but I will hopefully start getting into a routine with exercise tomorrow morning. I have been neglecting my wii and I need to get back to it if I want to get into my bathing suit this summer.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
