The three new methods that have been working is using the fat tracker app to log my food intake and exercise, running/walking for 30 mins in the evening, and aiming to consume <100 grams of carbs a day.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
