not sure how this happened other than i have been going to bed at a decent hour and not eating late night for the past few days think i will stick with that theory and see if it continues to promote weight loss!
206.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
