I don't know what is happening but I put on an old pair of blue jeans and they where so loose. I am guessing I have lost inches and staying at the same lbs. Ok good with that.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's awesome!!! :D It could be water loss... if you've been drinking a lot more water, a lot of times the body stops retaining it because it realizes you're providing it now. Also, if you've been working out regularly, you're gaining muscle, which of course weighs more. So, if you've been gaining muscle but staying the same weight, you're losing fat or water or both. Either way, that's FANTASTIC! Enjoy! :D

Yes the water helps flush the fat for sure. I have a reminder on my phone to drink water, and the rest of my program too. I have always had trouble remembering to drink. Thanks
