Had a good day yesterday - major calorie deficit going on, with kung fu and weightlifting the same day. I had a late night last night, however, so my weight is still elevated a bit (I think). I should definitely see a drop tomorrow, if I can get my work in early today. That's my goal - get my exercise and job done early enough to get to bed early.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
