I am just glad I am still at 211 pounds. I have not been keeping track of anything, but I have been trying to keep busy. Doing a lot of walking but also a lot of junk food eating. Got this thing for anything CREAM CHESSE. Going crazy with it. =( So I start again today. Friend brought me in some cinnamon cream cheese bars. LOL! Just great!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
