Grandfathers Doing Better(: ....
Can't Seem To Get Past The 5 Pound Mark :(
Doing 20 minute workouts Fri., Sat. And Sunday..
Trying To Walk A Mile Everyday
188.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1956 kcal Fat: 47.58g | Prot: 83.70g | Carb: 310.07g.   Breakfast: Orange juice, Kippered herring, strawberry Preserves, whole wheat bread. Lunch: mr. pibb, sun chips harvest cheddar, Subway Cold Cut 12''. Dinner: crackers, Chicken Noodle soup. Snacks/Other: Popcorn, M&m, rice pilaf. more...
