I still catch myself wanting to eat out of boredom, but then I stop myself. Still tricky. I'm glad I'm losing weight! (finally broke 150!) The Couch to 5k workouts are very good! (I'm nervous about the third week... Running for 3 minutes?! omg!) But the 5k workouts also help with the eating out of boredom since it gives me something to do!!!
