Overate a tiny, tiny bit over the past 3 days.
Gained 2.2 lbs.
Then took body fat measurement and discovered that it was literally 2.3 lbs of muscle gain and 0.1 lbs of fat LOSS (27.53% @ 237.2 vs 27.09% @ 239.4).
This is why I don't like this website's system for tracking weight. The goal is fat loss, not weight loss. In fact, ultimately I'd like to gain 10-20 lbs of muscle, but it's not as high a priority as losing the vast majority of the fat I'm carrying around.
