I gained a pound and that is not bad considering my last weigh in was 2wks ago. I am truely impressed with myself because being on vacation is really hard to keep track of what you eat. I found it hard to take time out to exercise but we walked alot going to two zoo's and going to universal studios. On 3 days alone we walked a total 15hrs, and another day we bowled for about 3hrs so I made up for the days I was not able to really exercise, yeah me.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yep, I know how feel when it comes to vacations. Sometimes one good thing about vacations is that you can move around alot. Keep up the good work.
