Whew!!! I needed that number! Slow and steady. It was a rough week, but I lost 1 pound overall and that is what I need to stay on track. 2 weeks down, 24 to go to get to my goal before vacation. Got to stay with it!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2011:
1375 kcal Fat: 51.33g | Prot: 63.81g | Carb: 170.90g.   Breakfast: EAS Advantedge. Lunch: Lay's Sour Cream Onion, Classic Favorites Three Cheese Ziti Marinara. Dinner: 100% Parmesan Cheese Grated, Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Penne. Snacks/Other: Dove Dark Chocolate, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Minis, Melty Mints. more...
losing 1.4 lb a week
