Had a few drinks last night (10/26) which caused me to eat a little more, good stuff but just too much good stuff. Well it was good, just going to buckle down cause my cheat day isn't until Thanksgiving!!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
