MOM2JEM's Journal, 15 March 2009

I gained a bit of weight. I'm still below 220, so no big deal. I lost 4 inches this week. I had a bad breakfast, so I know that didn't help. I'm going to the gym on Monday-Wednesday with my best friend Ryann. I'm going to be her mini-Jillian. LOL

Well, I'm off to make dinner and start packing my hubby's clothes. He's going to be staying at the hospital with his Dad from Monday-Wednesday.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
