Today, I was hungry and wanted to eat more than I needed too. I did eat what I wanted but I worked out a little in the house with my son. It will be better tomorrow. smile.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
