(For times I'm in "idle" mode)Of all the calories we burn in a day,almost 75% is used in physiologic functions:making our heart beat,our brain work,performing all cellular activities:maintaining body temp.,digesting food etc. The other 25% is used in physical activity which includes "purposeful" exercise & "accidental" exercise (fidgeting,dressing,eating,showering,daily living).
181.6 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
