Ok So I slacked off over the weekend with tracking my intake. Not good. However, I did not over eat more like under. I know I need to eat but I just don't be hungry and before I know it it's dinner time. I did go walk jogging and that was nice. Released some stress and legs kind of sore but felt good. Down a pound, happy about that. After two months of no coffee…the high calorie lattés…I goofed and got one and it is not all that good. So upset with myself.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
