Since this is my first day on here I did not think to look from the beginning to see if anyone else was doing a diet like this besides my husband and me. We will be on this diet for another week or two; not sure after that, since he will be having lap band surgery and I will be only cooking for myself. I am type 2 so lowering my carbs sounds like a good thing, but sometimes they get too low. So I'm not sure if I'm on a lifetime plan or not, but this site is a good place to check things out and become accountable.
