Bread?
Have you tried Flatout flatbread? The light version is low in calories and has extra fiber to counteract the carbs. It is made by Best Life and is in the Fat Secret food database. I buy mine at Meijer near the deli.
Check them out if you get a chance. They make great guilt-free wraps.

plus size...but not a pear shape
You may want to think about having clothing custom made whenever you get to your goal weight. Some tailors make suits for both genders. Just a thought if you keep having this problem in the future.

New
I agree with Kat. I have only been on here for about 6 weeks and I find the food and exercise diaries invaluable. I find that often when I want to cheat I remember that I will have to be accountable for my choices and restrain myself. The way it works best for me is to log things in as I go through the day, at least as soon after as I can, so I can keep up with my calorie count. I'm much less likely to go over it that way. My hubby uses his smart phone to track his food and it looks like a good idea, since it uses the camera option to capture the UPS and look it up in the food section. Pretty cool. I still have a "dumb phone" so I have to use the computer, but that's OK if I am home. Smile
Some of the challenges are keeping me aware of my actions too. Since it takes at least 21 days to change a habit, most of them run for a month or more. Useful tools for some of us.

need to exercise....do not have a clue
Hi,
I was wondering how you were doing.
I received both a Wii Fit and an AE Sports Active 2 last Christmas. I really like them both for different reasons. The Fit is really good for games and aerobics. I can work with some of the games and the time and calories fly. The Active 2 is good for strength training that I can't do with the Wii Fit. It comes with a heart monitor and fitness bands, but you can switch it up to use dumbbells like my hubby and I have been doing. I recommend either of these as really good activities for an at-home gym.
