Just got back from my high school reunion 40th to be exact. Had lots of food and drinks. I did bring my skinne shots with me they can go on the plane. Thank goodness as I only gained one lb.
Stuck to the program yesterday and paid attention to my phone app. Drank my water, took my skinne shots, fuel 30g in the morning. Dinner had spaghetti with those noodles no carbs. Ate 6 times and one spoonful of peanut butter. Back down my two lbs. I gained. Thank goodness for Automatic Body.
Football tonight working in concession get to watch all those people come to eat crappy food. Fake cheese on nachos, Arby's, fries, lots of fries. Maybe it's there cheat day.
