Just got back from my 40th High School reunion, what a blast. Lots of food and drinks. Gained 2 lbs not too bad as I brought my Skinne's with me on the plane.
Kim Lyons call was last night and it was fantastic I am so grateful for being a part of Nutre. Living a lifestyle of being healthy and getting to help others. Doesn't get any better than that.
Kim said to hide the scale for 3 weeks as it isn't about the weight. Having a hard time with that one. Not for me to judge she is the expert.
So let me know when you are tired of being tired of the struggle I can help.
