Last week was a good week. I stuck to the diet. Ate lots of veggies. And tried to up my protein because I notice myself getting weak w/ out it. And best of all I'm learning to cook throughout this process. I hope to be in the 180's by next week when I go on vacation.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
