Hey Everyone! Gosh I'm so glad I found this website! I love how interactive it is, and of course all the encouragment and participation from its members.

Anyways I wanted to give you a little run down on me. I'm 26 years old, I've been over weight for way too long! Back in December I decided to focus on loosing my unwanted pounds. And thus far I have been very good at it. I started out at 223 LBS, and now I'm at 197 yay! But its getting harder and harder to stay focused. Especially as personal delimas arise.


I would love to connect and share ideas w/ other users. We can do this ! :-)

Oprah And Kirstie Alley
Kirstie Alley was really funny/cute on Oprah today. I hope she gets the will power to start using all that expensive gym equitment instead of letting it collect dust. Wink and yes Valerie looks fantastic! She totally went above and beyond what was expected.... and made a pretty penny for Jenny Craig in the process!

Water in...Fat Out
I totally agree. The past two weeks show the scale creeping up... and I'm like omg I'm eating right and excersising... and I still am gaining weight! This sucks. So this week I decided to up my H2O and today when I got on the scale it says I've lost a pound in all the maddness.

Long story short Drink lots and lots of water! I'm going to shoot for my 100 oz a day! There is actually a website that tells you how many oz of water u should drink a day based on your body weight. I'll post the link when I find it again.
