I have exercised more, but I haven't quit got it up to the 30 minutes per day. My weight is going in the right direction now though.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

its hard to get those 30 minutes a day in, but i find it goes by faster when i'm walking in a park or watching tv while on the exercise machine...anything that actually kinda takes my mind off the exercising & makes half an hour not seem like such a long time!
