I've been sick since Friday so today I just want to sleep in. I was too tired this morning so I drank and ate my coffee and eggs in bed. So even though I lost some weight, I know it's not what I really lost. I feel very guilty about last night. I didn't have any energy so I drank an energy drink. What a mistake. I will not repeat. Pasta= BAD. NEVER AGAIN.
204.1 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 204.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
