Did much better this week. Stuck to proteins & good veggies. Funny - I bought a small cake for my husband but he didn't like it (I forgot he didn't like chocolate icing) so I put it in the freezer thinking I'd give it away to somebody. Well, I snuck into it and had a piece. The next morning I was again tempted, and knew that I would eat the whole cake unless I did something about it. Sooooo, I carved off all the chocolate icing and threw it away. I cut the plain pieces of cake and put them into the freezer. It didn't take long for my husband to devour the plain cake and I was free from temptation. Yay! me!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
