Starting a Biggest Loser weight loss challenge at work this year. I was doing a ketogenic style diet in Aug - Nov. and what I learned is my body was not as responsive as it was in the past. it took a month and a half and I lost 7lbs, but gained it back during the holidays. 😞 I tried dirty keto, Atkins, and the carb cravings are to much. I'm going back to a mediterranean style diet, like Digest 21 Day. It seems to work better for me, and I have more choices. I want to get rid of physical and emotional stress. This year's covid crisis has me revaluate my life. Personally I would like to learn and do more by thinking outside the box.
