New year. New me? I need to inject structure to help me focus and stay on track. Maybe hire a personal trainer? Commit to daily exercise. Keep doing 100 squats per day.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
