swimming pier to pier today about 3000m!

Took about 1 hour 45 minutes. Fastest swimmers do it in 30 - 40 minutes. Patrick swam in 56 minutes. Stopped a bunch of times, but got into a rhythm.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
