Gotta stop cheating and stick to the diet plan. Tired of working hard, but not losing much. to may cheats these past few days. Telling myself that I will take one day at a time and not cheat and stick to the original plan..
190.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
