Feeling fabulous!! :)
I'd like to pick up my exercising in the am again. It's been 2 weeks since I did my am wii u Just Dance (like I mentioned, I'm not good at consistent exercise, although I do coach for 2-3 hours every weeknight. Only 2 weeks left in the season, so I want to make sure I am active in another way.

The fall is beautiful here, lot's of colors. In the summer I exercise in the morning and evening. I can really tell the difference in not exercising in the morning now. But I am not getting up at 4 am to do it either, LOL.

I think so too Deb....only if at those times we would remember that just doing even a little we would feel better afterwards....
