it's been a struggle. I'm starting to move more. I changed jobs so my back doesn't get so stressed. I'm able to continue doing my stretches and do more walking. I have just started some very light weights and very careful squats/pushups/lunges etc. I'm getting stronger. I definitely feel it. I am just so anxious to start seeing it. it's going to take a while. still waiting to hear from a surgeon to see if there's anything they can do to get me more mobile and less pain. hoping to keep on track.
