I feel good today. I have been productive and I haven't eaten total garbage. I'm still trying to curb some cravings (subway) and make better choices there. its totally a having just to click save meals on the app and before I even thought "oh maybe I should just get a 6 inch instead of a foot long" I was already picking it up. and I had leftover sub and didn't wanna waste it, so I ate the whole damn thing. again, a learning curve. breaking habits. it'll take time. I also got a new water bottle and it's GORGEOUS and massive and I can't wait to use it. I'm also trying to figure out how y'all upload photos of your meals and stuff lol I would love to share too!

today is my "fat day". it's usually a busy ass day working at the vet and then cleaning house and it's really just my write off day. I usually only eat 2 meals if I'm lucky, sometimes only one on Saturdays. I swear all day doing stuff and I don't usually get to sit until 8-9 pm. I know I can plan to bring healthy snacks and meals and such. I just haven't gotten that far yet. I will get there, but I won't beat myself up over it. I've also kept up with my goal of no pop.

today has not been great. still sticking with my no pop goal though. just dealing with some stuff at work with another co worker and it's super stressful. also slept in this morning and totally forgot my salad for lunch so I grabbed a "breakfast hash" from the cook at the store on the res where I work. I thought there would be egg and more veg in it but it was just potatoes and bacon and sausage with peppers...so...I'm disappointed. BUT. I'm trying not to let the co worker and lunch thing get me down. at least I have lunch already prepped for tomorrow now.

I am starting fresh this month. I have been drinking so much Pepsi it's disgusting. I have gained so much weight, I am disgusting. I have a new job and I need to be able to do things like climb a ladder and I can't right now without being embarrassingly out of breath. I have "graduated" from greif counseling and I feel much better about the whole situation. SO. I'm going to start slow, because my back is still an ongoing issue. I'm going to have weekly goals. THIS WEEKS GOAL is to stop drinking pop. I have gotten tea for cold/ice water and it's pretty good (I forgot it for work today so that's why I had the Gatorade with my lunch). NEXT WEEKS GOAL is to find a substitute for my morning iced cap cuz that's a lot of sugar I don't need as well. if anyone has any recommendations I'm open to it lol.

I have been going through greif therapy for a few months consistently now. It helps. she is helping me cope with the loss of my dad, my support system and now my job. I got fired for no reason in August and as a result we have now called behind on so many bills and everything. it's very stressful. But she continues to help guide me, and hubby and I are working on fixing our bills. now it seems the last thing to work on is my health. I've started with some basic exercises but nothing substantial. I want to start walking my dogs again. and I want to start doing calisthenics again.
