40 days left on my personal goal. I've lost ~10 lbs in 2 weeks doing paleo diet. Been ramping up exercise, Body is feeling great. Did cross fit this morning, Capoeria 2 times last week, and went dancing about 5 hours.

This week I am going to try to run a couple days a week between cross fit exercises.

Weight Bumped up a little, had a couple cheat snacks on Saturday, very small portions, but also was craving carbs and fruit on Sunday. (probably from all the dancing) had blueberry and pineapple smoothie, with almond milk, keeping it paleo. also made sweet potato fries with coconut oil with dinner for a Paleo carbfest.

the slight weight bump could be from the bit of over eating on natural sugars and carbs. I'll watch it for the next couple days.

assuming the weight will drop off fast again though, as its likely water weight.
242.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
