I probably could have lost more if I had stuck to what I was doing and not eating fast food so much. Today I have been good for the most part and sticking to what I normally eat to help me lose
149.0 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You know, when I stopped eating fast food I lost a little over 20 lbs! If you can avoid it by all means, stay away from fast food! You will lose the weight you want.
