Long weekend on gatlinburg. I did ok eating but late last night I had 2 pieces of pizza and a wing and 3 Oreos
That wasn't a good decision! Back in the gym and 100% focused eating.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate 9 wings! ugh! I gained .4 but its back off today. I booked our cruise so now I am focused right there with you! We did great up until we got back....what were we thinking? haha! Its all good....we will get this off!!
