GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Let it snow, let it snow let it snow!
At least it is enough that I don't have to go in to work quite yet! But I have a lot to do since I ma off Tues, Wed, Thurs this week, *sigh* I feel bad and exhilarated at the same time! How weird is that. I never crawled back in to bed I am getting some stuff done but I relally don't want to drive in the wind and snow but I want to go in and complete my work. I cannot work late tonight, either because I have my Mary Kay meeting and qualified for a pre-party at 6:00 I really want to go to....What a dilemma!

Food yesterday was not my best but I kept portions down without depriving myself. was too hard to record but I really did okay cause it was mostly one large meal.

I am excited for all of my new possibilities this week! Need to do more veggies though! Which is not hard, I love them so why is it so hard to get enough, sometimes?

How's the intuitive eating going? I don't think I've ever known anyone that's tried it so I'm interested to see what happens. Good luck!

IE is great that way-you can eat what you actually want and not just what you "should." I love my veggies too and found the real key to getting more of those, and fruits as well, is to really stop and think about what I want, what will make me feel best and keep me filled up when I am hungry. Sounds easy but the stopping and thinking is not something I was used to! I generally grabbed whatever was available so stopping and really thinking was key. Hope this helps and best wishes for a successful IE day!! Hugs!

Update, I made it into work. And my meeting is cancelled tonight. We are doing a conference call instead. So that is some stuff off me mind :) I brought my lunch today as I will be staying focused and on track for both my business AND my health :) Sorry I have not been around to others' journals. right now it's a good thing I am doing my own journal!

Stay safe in the snow and wind! It looks menacing out there. I'm still snuggled inside. Be careful driving! Glad the scale is being so nice!

Good job eating. It's good to have a little of what you want rather than depriving yourself of everything, making you more likely to overeat on other things later. Glad you made it to work safely!
