I just started the michael thurmonds 6 week body makeover,I am hoping to be successful but it is so hard because it deletes the things I love the most/ I am diabetic though and need to do this!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I tried the 6 week body makeover, and in the first week I lost 6 lbs... but It just didn't work out for me. Like you said I couldn't have ANYTHING that I really enjoyed, and it was WAY to specific with what you HAD to eat for every meal, so I stopped it. ... Sold it on Ebay, and 5 months, and a 10 pound gain later, I started just exercising ( walking on a treadmill ) and counting my calories, and Ive lost 43 lbs in 4.5 months. If you can stick to it, I say go for it. It will work, its just super tough to stick to
