This 2020 has probably made us stronger in so many ways. Always time to restart and head towards healthier habits. It's been too easy being by myself with only the hugs and company of those sugar plum fairy goodies. On the lighter side I am giving Santa a break. No more cookies unless they are made with healthy items to lighten my load :o) I am in luck because so many have shared so many proven keto/low carb recipes online. I am so thankful for that:) Gearing the recipes down to servings for the day is my new challenge. Remember to smile about something when you wake up in the morning is easy to do.

I figure I need to be a lower weight than 249, I get stuck! 260 is my current weight. I was 249 when I went to the doc a few weeks ago. I see him in February. Any help for a diabetic?
