I hate posting a gain, but here it is. My weekly average calories were way over the last two weeks in November. This week I got more of a better grip. Been feeling very stuffy and congested this week, so no will to exercise. Hopefully next week I can get back to moving more. Main goal for the month is to at least maintain, not gain....(anymore that is). It is the holiday season, during a pandemic, no need to make it worse by feeling guilty about eating baked goodies. Be well and stay healthy everyone. Do not completely fall off the wagon, enjoy, but within reason.
