Yesterday I started off doing well having fruit and scrambled eggs for breakfast but when I took a friend to a doctor appointment out of town we went to DelTaco and I ate some kind of 8 layer veggie burrito thing that ended up being around 650 calories and 95 carbs. Sorry but rice, beans, cheese and sour cream are not vegetables and have no place on a veggie burrito. I don't even know what the vegetables were other than guacamole. I want vegetables on my veggie burrito. You know like mushrooms, red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and zucchini. The doctor was running an hour and a half behind and I was bored so ended up eating the entire thing. Why, oh why, didn't I just get the green burrito, they still make those don't they?

My friend wanted to go to Starbucks after her appointment so I ordered a medium caramel frapp drank half and threw the rest away at a gas station on the way home. After the crappichino I didn't bother logging food I just tried to be more mindful of what I put in my mouth. Since the doc was running behind I ended up not getting home until 8 pm. Yesterday was a long day and today I'm still exhausted.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
