I did 30 min of Jillian's circuit training. After I was done with that, I decided to finally set up my profile on My Fitness Coach on the Wii. Once I set up my profile, I figured why not give it a try? So, I did 15 min. of cardio that made me break a nice sweat. I really like that "game". I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow, but I'm not going to complain. I still have to make dinner for my hubby. He gets out of work at 11pm. I usually eat with him. I'll probably eat with him tonight, but I'll cut my portion in half so that I can get to bed at a decent hour and not be tired tomorrow. I was just thinking, my cardio (according to Jillian's site) is supposed to last 50 min once my heart rate gets to 85%. There's NO WAY I can do My Fitness Coach for 50 min! I'm definitely going walking on my cardio days...at least until I increase my endurance. Well, off to make dinner for the hubby. I'll log in my dinner tomorrow when I log in my breakfast.
