once again starting with this. I was 178 when I started this time and am down to 169. I've also been going to the gym 4 days a week for 3 hours a day.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
